ABOUT YOLA

 

Yola is a bilingual 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher, 30 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher and 30 hour Kids Yoga Teacher based in Moray, Scotland.

With almost a decade of practicing yoga, Yola leads multiple yoga classes, workshops and retreats across Moray; From hip and shoulder mobility, flexibility, strength training to yoga for better sleep, stress and anxiety relief.

All events and classes are tailored to all levels of practitioners. Private classes are also available for 1 to 1, 1 to 2 and corporate group sessions.​​​​
